The tension is slowly easing from the situation, and it feels good. Dave can feel himself relaxing just a little again, though the way she laughs at his question has him a little worried. Way to go use the dumbest word for kissing ever invented, good fucking job.
A smile briefly crosses his lips as their shoulders touch and he bumps her back with more enthusiasm. He isn't getting a no out of anything, and her demeanor is reassuring, it keeps getting better.
"I got that." He retorts, not wanting her to think he's too stupid to figure that out. "It's...kind of what macking means, I guess." He shrugs, wow, just gonna brush more against your shoulder there. "Glad we're on the same page, though." He half smiles again, winding his hand down to veeeery carefully take her hand as loosely as possible.
"I'm willing to head back to one of our rooms." Like. Straight away. As fast as possible.
